Our design team makes the technical file containing all the information obtained by research. The designer will create a detailed “tech pack” or a set of specification.
The designer’s spec drawings allows the pattern master to create the 2D/3D pattern of the shoe using the most suitable last and tools to achieve each client's goals.
This procedure can be done in several ways, the most significant being: 1 – Using knives through pressure; 2 - Through automatic cutting machines.
The final treatment and care is given to the shoe. Cleaning, shine and defect removal are the key points of this process. The shoe is polished in order to obtain the final product with the proper characteristics.
The stitching operations of a shoe are broken down into many small procedures. Each procedure is handled by a different sewing machine operator.
Through the symbiosis between manual and mechanical processes, this task is carried out based on the use of a shoe last, which is the tool that will give us the shoe shape we want. In the end, we attach the upper to the sole using proper glues.
All shoes go through a quality control at the end of the assembly line. The Quality Control team check the newly made shoes to rule out possible defects that had not been detected so far.
Once all details are verified, our team places the shoes in the boxes and the labeling process is done.
Finally, in the warehouse, the boxes are packed in cartons, which will be sent anywhere in the world.
